A: Each item has a delivery time listed. When ordering more than one item, please keep in mind the separate listed delivery time for each item you purchase.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Because of the specialty nature of our clothing we do not offer refunds. However if an item does not fit you may return it for an alteration within seven days of receipt, provided that the item has not been worn or damaged. Time for alterations is dependent on the nature and extent.

Q: What payment terms do you have for custom work?

A: We require full payment for the item before work will begin.

Q: What if I have my own material and fabric to use for a custom piece?

A: We can use the material you provide to us and make the item you would like
and factor in a custom price for you considering the time and work required.

Q: What kind of shipping do you provide?

A: Our normal method of shipping is 3-day USPS Priority Mail, however we can ship by other means if required at an additional cost.

Q: Can I choose different fabrics on an order?

A: Carlisles offers a choice of various colors and fabrics to choose from however
if other fabric is requested it will be handled as a custom job.

Q: When I checkout how does it work?

A: We have a secure connection for your payment process right from our website, and do not store credit information on our server. YOu can order directly on our site and feel secure about your order. At checkout we accept mastercard, visa, discover, and american express for our customers.

Q: Can I pay with a Money Order or Personal check?

A: If needed, we will except checks, however when you are making your order you will not use the online shopping cart feature but will need to email us the detailed description (size, color, style) of the items you would like to order. Work will not begin until we receive your payment and the check clears.

Q: Does your fighting garb qualify for fighting calibrations?

A: Our fighting garb is made to ensure thickness, comfort, and the passing of regulations set by most organizations' requirements. The fighting shirt is made of durable duct or trigger,.The doublets are made of sturdy denim with an extra layer of duct under and a fully lined. Breeches are made of denim as well and are considered perfect as fighting garb fabric. If you should require further padding or layers please go through custom work.

Q: Do you offer Women’s clothing?

A: At this time Carlisles is specializing in men's clothing. Women can wear our clothing provided that they keep in mind that our sizing is calibrated for men (M, L, XL, XXL).

Q: Can I get in my order as a rush job?

A: All of our clothing is made by hand, and takes time to present the quality Carlisles offers. Some clients need items quickly and we are able to offer rush service, however there will be an additional charge for rush service and the amount is dependent on the job and item. Please email us before you order to get rush services fees, and to let us know how soon you need an item.
